“Wow, there are many benefits to doing Pauls Bootcamp classes! Was nervous at first as my level of fitness would not have been great but the classes cater for all levels and push you to the max… in a good way. The strengthening and conditioning aspect, where exercises and stretches were taught to help limber and literally strengthen …and tone the body are especially useful, and I definately feel their benefits in everyday life as i spend most of the day working as a nurse on my feet! The circuits were challenging and the change to the format of them half-way through the 8 week programme meant that nobody got bored. The music is good, the group encourage each other and Pauls knowledge of anatomy, physiology, dietry habits and his way of motivating you to reach your potential is excellent. “Paul Ginty Strength & Conditioning Coach worked with our Mayo Minor Squad this year over the winter months. He helped design and implement a progressive and comprehensive S&C Program on a twice weekly basis with players from the North of Mayo. Tests conducted prior to programme commencement and subsequent to completeing the program showed major improvements in the players Strength, Stamina, Stability, Range of Movement, Balance, Leg Power (Vertical Jump Height and 0-10m), Flexibility and more. This is Paul’s second year to work with the Mayo Minor Squad as part of an S&C Team. The work undertake by Paul is of a very professional and high standard. I am delighted he is part of our S&C Team.”
